Start by considering motor power—a 250W hub motor is great for everyday commuting, while a 500W+ kit gives you extra punch for hills and off-road fun. We even have 750W options! Battery voltage matters too—higher voltages like 48V or 52V offer more speed and torque.

How do I track my order?

You will be emailed your tracking number when your order has been dispatched (1 - 3 Business days from placing your order).

How often should I get my bike serviced?

After purchasing a new bike we recommend a service after 3 months because of initial wear.

Following this you should service your bike once every 6 months for a heavily ridden bike to once every 12 months for more infrequent use.
