How do I track my order?

You will be emailed your tracking number when your order has been dispatched (1 - 3 Business days from placing your order).

Unfortunately, we are only able to ship bikes Australia-wide at the moment.

How often should I get my bike serviced?

After purchasing a new bike we recommend a service after 1 month because of initial wear.

Following this you should service your bike once every 3 months for a heavily ridden bike to once every 6 months for more infrequent use.stion

What kind of services do you provide?

We provide most E-bike and bike reated services including custom builds, wheel builds and E-bike conversions. Refer to our servicing page for more info. Alternatively, you can call us at 03 9088 2153 for an enquiry!

Do you offer E-bike conversions?

Yes we do!

E-bike coversions are our forte and we pride ourselves on being Melbourne's leading experts in E-bike conversions.

Call us in store today to enquire if your bike is suitable for conversion.

Yes we do!

I can't find a part or bike on website, can you order it in for me?

We msot certainly can!

Melbourne Powered has an extensive supplier network and should be able to order in your desired part or bike.

The product I want is out of stock, when will it be back?

We work closely with our suppliers to carry stock from some of the worlds best brands, if you see an item out of stock please contact us and we'll try our best to get it for you.
