First check that your customer account has been successfully created. In your email account, check to see if you have an email from info@melbournepowered.com.au with a subject line Customer account confirmation. If you have this email, you have successfully created a customer account. If you do not have this email, considering whether you have used a different email address or contact admin@melbournepowered.com.au to check if your account has been created from the backend. 

Once you have confirmed your account email address, click on the account icon then enter the email address you used to create your customer account. You can reset your account password by clicking Forgot password?

Of course! Once you have added items to your cart, click on shopping basket icon then click ADD ORDER NOTES to add notes. These notes will appear on your order slip for our team. Please note that customers cannot add notes to orders at checkout.

Yes! We have recently started offering standard bike and e-Bike servicing at home. Our team will travel to your house and service your bicycle on the spot.
