But buying from Melbourne Powered means more than just the lowest number on a screen. It means real support, real servicing, and a team that’s here long after checkout.

If another legitimate Australian retailer is offering the exact same product for less, we’re happy to review it.



What We Will Consider Matching

We’ll assess a price match request when:

• The product is identical in brand, model, year and specification

• The competitor is an Australian-based authorised retailer

• The item is in stock and available for immediate purchase

• The advertised price is public and includes GST

• Shipping costs and delivery timeframes are comparable

• The retailer provides genuine after-sales support and warranty processing

If it meets these criteria, we’ll review it promptly.



What We Don’t Match

We do not price match:

• Overseas retailers

• Marketplace sellers (eBay, Amazon, Facebook Marketplace, AliExpress etc.)

• Drop-shipping or grey import sellers (no warranty or after sales support)

• Clearance, liquidation, auction or damaged stock

• Private quotes, loyalty discounts or membership pricing

• Bundled promotions that aren’t directly comparable

• Products that have already been purchased

All price match requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to decline at our discretion.
