Description
There's little room for mistakes when it comes to riding safely and securely at night when you have the SOLO. Its tight proportions and small volume allow it to be more integrated into the carriers and on the bikes and thus tend to make it less vulnerable to shocks.
The SOLO is presented in 4 versions: two are battery-operated, one is dynamo-operated, and one version is compatible with e-bikes (voltage range 6- 36VDC).
Note: This e-bike light is for NCM Paris, London, Milano, Venice, Lyon, Paris MAX, Milano MAX, Miami series
Highlights
Characterized by its ultra-flat design, the SOLO uses advanced Light Line Technology with one LED offering spectacular opportunities to designers in terms of conception. The result is an ideal tail light for urban cyclists combining a flat design and a very bright and blazing light beam.
Functions
The size of the SOLO is unique (only 98x36x15mm for the dynamo version) making it the most compact carrier rearlight on the market. Its neat square shape suits perfectly all styles of carriers, and it features a clever mounting system easy to adjust to 50 and 80-mm carrier mounts depending on the version: the battery versions have removable clipped bolts, and the dynamo versions present movable mounting screws.
Apart from being a robust rearlight, the SOLO is mainly outstanding for its performance. The SOLO does not merely serve aesthetic purposes as it offers a light output of 6 Candela. Its lighting system provides the necessary source of road illumination from the rear and also from the sides, increasing visibility all around the bike and therefore its safety.
The dynamo-operated version features a Safe-Stop function powered by a capacitor, offering 4 minutes of extra safety when you stop pedaling.
The Xba battery version features an auto-sensor, which automatically switches the light on/off, based on the level of darkness.
Performance
The battery-operated models are equipped with 2x AAA batteries (supplied with the rear light) and offer above 100h burning time. It features a battery load indicator and batteries can be easily replaced without any tooling.
The dynamo version of the SOLO should be connected to the dynamo via the headlamp.
