When can we expect Amflow bikes to hit Australian stores?

The first shipment of Amflow bikes is anticipated to arrive in mid-December 2024. This initial batch is nearly sold out, new pre-orders will be delivered in late December to early January.

Is warranty support available for Amflow bikes from authorized dealers?

Yes, Melbourne Powered will provide warranty and parts support for Amflow bikes purchased locally. As an authorized Amflow dealer, we’ll ensure you’re covered for any issues that may arise.

How much is the deposit required to pre-order an Amflow bike?

To pre-order an Amflow bike, you can place a 50% deposit. Contact Melbourne Powered by calling 03 9088 2153 or emailing info@melbournepowered.com.au to arrange payment via direct deposit or credit card. Please note that deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing with Melbourne Powered.

Are pre-orders prioritised?

Yes, for initial orders, we prioritize them based on the date of payment or deposit. We maintain a list that follows a first payment, first supply basis to ensure fairness in fulfilling orders.

What battery sizes are available?

Choose between a 600Wh and an 800Wh battery.

Is it legal to ride Amflow bikes on public roads and trails?

Yes, Amflow bikes comply with Australian e-bike regulations, allowing them to be ridden on bike paths, roads, and trails just like a regular mountain bike.

What does the Amflow weigh?

The Amflow Carbon Pro model in a medium size, equipped with the 800Wh battery, weighs approximately 19.6kg. This is remarkably light for a full-power e-bike with a complete battery!

How often should I get my bike serviced?

After purchasing a new bike we recommend a service after 3 months because of initial wear.

Following this you should service your bike once every 6 months for a heavily ridden bike to once every 12 months for more infrequent use.
