We¬†recommend a full service on¬†your RockShox Monarch (RT3/RT/R) rear shock¬†every¬†200hrs hours. Use this Rockshox¬†200hr service kit, which includes ALL of the shock's air, damper seals.¬†Using this kit is necessary maintenance for your¬†Rockshox¬†rear shock, and will ensure you are getting the best performance out of it.
