Flavoured with real fruit and fruit juices, manuka honey and real espresso coffee. The gels are not sickly sweet (no added fructose) and are thicker in consistency than our fluid gels, making them convenient for exercising and racing.
Designed for use during exercise, and contain 21-23g carbohydrates and are a highly practical way to provide a fast energy boost in easy to open packaging.
