Introducing the all-new TAKANI TK1714-70. This is our latest generation electric dirt bike, engineered for next-level performance with aggressive, modern styling.
This bike runs on a 72V power system, seat height 820mm. This bike is not a learner’s bike. Performance is on par with similar size petrol bikes. We recommend a rider age of 16+ due to its speed, acceleration, weight and dimensions.

The TK1714-70 features a state-of-the-art encoder controlled brushless mid drive motor with 8000W peak power. A traditional drivetrain with reduction gearing and chain drive delivers impressive but controllable power to the 14inch rear wheel maxing out at 80km/h.
Other features include 3 selectable speed/power settings, a mini display and a swappable premium battery allowing a runtime of approximately 60 minutes.
Due to the use of standard dimension motorcycle componentry, there are no limits for mechanical aftermarket accessories including but not limited to suspension, handlebars, wheels, tyres, brakes, footrests, sprockets and chain.
TAKANI dirt bikes do not require clutch operation, gear shifting or foot braking.
Simply twist the throttle and enjoy the instant torque of the fully automatic chain drive. Use the handlebar brakes to slow it down, just like on a pedal bike. Additionally, this electric dirt bike is lighter compared to petrol bikes and its low centre of gravity allows for nimble handling and easier transport.
