To be clear, we don’t have anything against stock e-bikes. But that doesn’t mean we don’t absolutely love a custom built e-bike. These babies have a funny habit of just blowing your mind as soon as you ride one.
So what is usually customised on a custom built e-bike? We generally start by looking at the motor and battery setup because power and range are everything.
Then, there’s the handling and comfort factor. Many of our custom builds feature reinforced frames, upgraded suspension, and specialised wheelsets. Basically, they’re kitted out with everything you need for a really premium riding experience.

How do I track my order?
You will be emailed your tracking number when your order has been dispatched (1 - 3 Business days from placing your order).

How often should I get my bike serviced?
After purchasing a new bike we recommend a service after 3 months because of initial wear.
Following this you should service your bike once every 6 months for a heavily ridden bike to once every 12 months for more infrequent use.
