Something gone wrong with a bike, battery or part you bought from us? Every warranty claim starts with the form below, even if you've already spoken to us. Once it's in, we take it from there: we deal with the manufacturer, and the repair happens in our own workshop in Ascot Vale.

Happy to chat, but the claim itself starts here.

How a claim works

  1. Fill in the form. This is how every claim starts, including ones you've already called us about. Name, contact details, order number or proof of purchase, what's wrong. Photos and video help more than anything else you can send.
  2. We look at it and tell you what happens next before you send, post or drop off anything.
  3. We handle it. We deal with the manufacturer, and the fix happens in our workshop at 106 Union Rd, Ascot Vale. No being handed a phone number and wished luck.

Battery problem? Read this first.

If a battery is swollen, cracked, hot, leaking or smells odd, stop charging it, stop riding it, keep it away from anything flammable and call us on 03 9088 2153 straight away, then lodge the claim. Never post a lithium battery, damaged or not. We'll sort out how to move it safely.

How long is my warranty?

Every new product we sell comes with the manufacturer's warranty. The length depends on the brand and model, and often differs between the frame and the electrical parts. You'll find it on the manufacturer's website or in your product manual.
Not sure? Ask us and we'll look it up.

What's covered

Defects in materials or workmanship during the warranty period.
The stuff that shouldn't go wrong.

What's not covered

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Consumable parts, like tyres, tubes, brake pads, chains, cassettes and cables
  • Damage from misuse, accidents, crashes, neglect or modifications (including tuning or derestricting)
  • Damage from improper storage, charging or maintenance
  • Wear from commercial use, such as delivery riding

Not sure which side of the line your problem sits?
Lodge the claim anyway. We'd rather look at it than have you guess.

Warranty isn't your only protection

Everything we sell also comes with guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. They sit alongside the manufacturer's warranty, they can't be excluded, and they don't end when the warranty does. The ACCC explains how they work. Lodging a claim here starts the conversation either way.

Didn't buy it from us?

The manufacturer's warranty is handled by the store you bought from.
If you need a repair, our workshop works on plenty of bikes we didn't sell.
