Shipping Info

Important info you need to know about our shipping options. 

• We know everyone loves Free Shipping! if you do spend more than $99 with us we offer Free Shipping. However, this offer only applies to products of a reasonable size. For example this does not include products suchs as E-Bikes or E-Moto's. It also doesn't include Bulky and Large products as these can cost alot to ship out! When you check out it will inform you if Free Shipping is available.
• Yes - We can ship our batteries interstate. We cannot ship our batteries internationally unfortuantely due to Dangerous Goods.
• We predominantly use Australia Post for all Small & Medium size parcels. For all our E-Bikes, E-Motos, E-Scooters and Bulky items we use Team Global Express. If your item is of an Urgent need, we can us Fedex for these items if you are willing to pay a little extra!
• If your item is In-stock, expect to have it dispatched same day if placed before 12pm. You will recieve an emailed tracking number.
