We understand that sometimes a product may not be the right fit, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all new, unused items purchased from Melbourne Powered.

What Can Be Returned:

  • Any unused product within 30 days of purchase.
  • The product must be in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.

What Can’t Be Returned:

  • Used products
  • Items damaged from misuse or neglect
  • Products missing original packaging or parts

How to Return a Product:

  1. Fill out our Return Form
  2. Contact us to start the process:
  3. We’ll send you all the return instructions.
  4. Pack your item securely in its original packaging and include a copy of your receipt/invoice.
  5. Return it in-store or ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Once we receive and verify that your return meets our criteria, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Heads up: You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless it's our error.
