Voltage must match your battery—so a 36V charger is only for 36V batteries, and the same goes for 48V. The amp rating determines how fast your battery charges: lower amps (like 2A) are slower but gentler, while higher amps (3A or 4.5A) give you a quicker top-up.
You’ll find options here for 36V and 48V batteries, with amp outputs ranging from 2A to 4.5A. Lower amp chargers are gentler on your battery, great for overnight charging, while higher amp models will get you back on the road faster.

How often should I get my bike serviced?
After purchasing a new bike we recommend a service after 3 months because of initial wear.
Following this you should service your bike once every 6 months for a heavily ridden bike to once every 12 months for more infrequent use.
