2025 Ventus One Electric Dirt Bike Review: The Most Powerful Stock Emoto You Can Buy

April 28, 2025

If you're looking for pure electric performance, the 2025 Ventus One might just be your dream ride. At Melbourne Powered, we had the chance to put this beast through its paces — from racing and off-road testing to wheelies, jumps, and hill climbs. Here's everything you need to know about this high-performance e-moto.

Check out our youtube video below!

First Impressions: Unboxing the Ventus One

Fresh out of the box, the Ventus 1 looks absolutely incredible. It boasts a sleek, lightweight aluminum frame weighing just 69kg — impressive for a bike delivering this much power. One thing that stood out immediately? The massive battery designed for next-level performance.

To enhance durability, we installed bigger front and rear brake discs and swapped the belt drive for a chain drive — a must if you’re planning to push this bike to its limits.

Key Specs and Features

  • Peak Power: 28kW

  • Top Speed: 130 km/h (in Boost Mode)

  • Motor: High-performance electric motor

  • Dashboard: Advanced display with RPM, speed, power modes, and more

  • Frame: Lightweight aluminum design

  • Weight: 69kg

The Ventus 1 also includes a sophisticated control panel, letting you adjust regen braking, select from five power modes (EasyGo, Eco, Sport, Race, Boost), and manage settings like ABS regen through a simple interface.

Real-World Testing: Racing, Off-Roading, and More

We didn’t just look at the specs — we tested the Ventus 1 against two major competitors: the Taria Triple X and the 2024 Suron Ultra B. In head-to-head racing, the Ventus 1 consistently delivered explosive acceleration and top-end speed that left competitors in the dust.

We also took the bike to a local sand track, a steep hill climb (aka “Mount Everest”), and even a skate park for jumps — and the Ventus 1 handled it all.

Wheelies and Stunting

Thanks to the insane torque, pulling wheelies on Boost Mode is effortless. Even with minor brake fade during extreme stunts, the Ventus 1 stayed predictable and controllable.

Hill Climb Performance

On Boost Mode, the bike made light work of steep, loose surfaces. Although wheel spin can be an issue without the right tire pressure or surface prep, the power output never disappoints.

Urban Jumps and Suspension

The Fast Ace suspension system is no gimmick. Whether absorbing landings off concrete ledges or handling rough off-road terrain, the suspension delivers both performance and comfort.

Connecting Your Ventus 1: Easy App Setup

Connecting and calibrating your Ventus 1 to your phone is effortless with the VTB app:

  1. Download the VTB app from the App Store.

  2. Turn on your Ventus 1.

  3. Connect via Bluetooth (similar to pairing AirPods).

  4. Calibrate the motor with simple in-app steps.

You can even turn off the brake, stand, and tilt sensors — all from your phone. No tools needed.

Pros and Cons

Pros:

  • Insane power delivery (28kW peak)

  • Lightweight and agile

  • Packed with advanced features and adjustability

  • Super easy Bluetooth connection and calibration

  • High-quality suspension for serious riders

Cons:

  • Stock brakes are underwhelming for the bike’s speed

  • Belt drive can be a weak point (we recommend chain conversion)

Final Verdict: Should You Buy the Ventus oen?

If you’re after one of the most powerful stock electric motos on the market, the 2025 Ventus one delivers everything you could want — and more. Between its speed, smart features, and lightweight frame, it’s a serious contender for riders who want maximum performance.
